Welcome to Living Legends, a new media company based in Pune, India. By participating in our events, you are agreeing to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering for our tournaments.
1. Eligibility:
By registering for our tournaments, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older. If you are below 18 years of age, you must have consent from your parent or legal guardian to participate.
2. Recording and Social Media:
You consent to being recorded, photographed, and featured on our social media profiles, including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Living Legends reserves the right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute any content captured during the tournaments for promotional and marketing purposes.
3. Ownership of Content:
All the content, including but not limited to videos, photographs, and audio recordings, created by Living Legends during the sports events shall be the sole property of Living Legends. Participants and viewers shall not claim any ownership rights to such content.
4. Privacy:
Living Legends takes your privacy seriously. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here. By registering for our tournaments, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
5. Liability and Indemnification:
While Living Legends strives to provide a safe and enjoyable experience during our tournaments, participants acknowledge that soccer is a physical sport, and there are inherent risks associated with playing. By registering and participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and hazards involved.
Living Legends and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or expenses incurred during the tournaments. Participants agree to indemnify and hold Living Legends harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising from their participation in the tournaments.
6. Fair Play and Conduct:
All participants are expected to adhere to fair play and good sportsmanship principles during the tournaments. Any participant found engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct, including but not limited to cheating, use of foul language, or aggressive behavior, may be disqualified and removed from the tournament at the discretion of Living Legends
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Living Legends reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the participants' responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
8. Termination:
Living Legends reserves the right to terminate or suspend any participant's involvement in the tournaments if they violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any behavior that may jeopardize the safety or reputation of the tournaments or [Your Company Name].
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the tournaments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, India.
By registering for our soccer tournaments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from participating in our tournaments.
